[Digital Edition] Political Dynasties in the Philippines: A Network Analysis of Power Structures & Their Socioeconomic Impact

Political dynasties dominate 70% of Congress and 94% of Philippine provinces, deepening poverty and weakening democracy. Using social network analysis and tools like Gephi and ArcGIS, this study maps dynastic influence and proposes reforms in legislation, advocacy, media literacy, and economics to foster inclusive governance and reduce entrenched inequality.
