Dr. TMac, a seasoned real estate investor and business coach for women entrepreneurs, has always been driven by a deep passion for creating meaningful change in her community. With years of experience in real estate and a heart for helping others, she has developed a unique approach to transforming single-family homes into shared living spaces that provide safe, supportive environments for those in need.

A Personal Mission

The journey began in February 2020, when Dr. TMac saw a pressing need for affordable housing solutions in her community. She recognized that traditional rental models were not adequately serving vulnerable populations, such as disabled adults and aged-out females. Driven by a desire to make a difference, she decided to innovate and repurpose her real estate investments.

Transformative Projects

Dr. TMac's first breakthrough came when she converted a 3-bedroom single-family rental into a 5-bedroom shared living space for disabled adults. This project not only multiplied her rental income by six times but also provided a much-needed solution for a marginalized group. Encouraged by this success, she quickly embarked on another project, transforming a similar property into an 8-bed shared living space for aged-out females.

Creating a Model for Success

These projects became exemplary models for maximizing rental income while making a substantial social impact. By combining her real estate expertise with her passion for community service, Dr. TMac demonstrated that it was possible to achieve both financial success and social good. Her innovative approach garnered attention and admiration from other real estate investors and community leaders.
