Next morning Sarah is on the way to work. Her injured left nylon foot is in a flip-flop - but she does not put down the foot yet and crutches with the leg in the air. Before she reaches her work she needs to take a rest where she takes the flip-flop off and hops around a bit holding the nylon foot in the air. Then she crutches to the office building.
