● Node type info toggle

Node type text is now hidden by default to save space. Click the

ⓘ button next to the bookmark name to reveal/hide the node type.

● Individual Link Group per bookmark

Each bookmark can now be assigned to a specific Link Group (0–9), overriding the global panel setting. Right-click a bookmark → Set Individual Link to choose which Network Editor pane it navigates to. A badge (e.g. L5) appears on bookmarks with an individual override. Set to "Use Global" to revert to the panel's default behavior.

● Collapsible Folders

Organize your bookmarks into color-coded folders.

Create folders with the "Add Folder" button

Move bookmarks into folders via right-click menu

Collapse/expand folder contents with the ▼/▶ toggle

Customize: rename, change color, mark as favorite

Deleting a folder returns all bookmarks back to the main list

Favorites filter works with folders — show folder if it or any bookmark inside is starred

● Minimized Folders

Double-click a folder header to shrink it down to a thin compact bar. All buttons and the counter disappear — only a small icon and name remain. Double-click again to restore. Works independently from collapse — you can minimize both open and closed folders. The state is saved with the HIP file.

Node Bookmarks for Houdini Update 3.1— Auto-Track & Edit Link

Two new features have been added to the Node Bookmarks panel:

● Auto-Track Renames Bookmarks now automatically follow node renames. If you rename a node or any of its parents, the bookmark link updates on the fly — no need to recreate it. This works throughout the entire session and the correct path is saved when you save your HIP file.

● Edit Link (Manual) A new "Edit Link" option is available in the right-click menu. You can manually update the node path if needed — useful when a node was deleted and recreated, or when loading a scene where some paths have changed. The same option also appears in the popup when you double-click a broken bookmark or use Validate Node, making it easy to fix invalid links without removing and re-adding bookmarks.
