Movement is Medicine
At age 23 I had cranky joints.
I hold the underlying belief that most ailments, mental and physical, can be healed through movement. Determined to feel good and move well, I sought out mobility exercises that would help my joints.
Now that I have found those exercises, I want to share them with you!
The Daily Foundational Movements are variations of movements that I do every day (at least 5x per week) to feel good.
