Frequency Alignment is a private 90-minute session in which I connect into your energetic field and listen for the deeper intelligence already guiding your path.
Acting as a translator, I share the messages, patterns, insights, and invitations emerging from your higher self and the wisdom held within your field. Together, we explore what is seeking expression, what is ready to be released, and the next aligned steps available to you.
Every session is unique and guided by what is most needed in the moment.
Do I need to prepare anything before the session?
No preparation is required.
You are welcome to bring a question, challenge, decision, or area of life you would like support with, but many clients simply arrive with a sense that something is shifting and trust the process to reveal what is most important.
The only thing I ask is that you arrive with an open mind and a willingness to listen.
What kinds of things can we explore?
Clients commonly seek support around life transitions, relationships, purpose, business, leadership, visibility, creativity, identity shifts, spiritual development, and recurring patterns they feel ready to move beyond.
Some arrive with a specific question. Others arrive with a feeling that there is something deeper asking for their attention.

Will I receive support after the session?
Yes.
Following the session, you will receive personalised energetic prescriptions designed to support the integration of the work and strengthen the shifts that have begun.
You will also have direct access to me via Telegram/Whatsapp for 14 days following the session for questions, guidance, calibration, and support as the work continues to unfold.
