Mr. Cladwell

From Urinetown; is a satirical character number that introduces the show’s powerful and profit-driven antagonist, Caldwell B. Cladwell. Through upbeat irony and sharp humor, the ensemble praises his success and authority while subtly revealing the extent of his control over the city’s water supply and public amenities.
