This 6-minute channeled activation is an invitation to soften into that sacred space — rather than rushing through it.

Through spoken English, breath, sound and Light Language, IN BETWEEN guides you back into your heart, your body and the deeper remembrance of who you are beneath everything you have learned to be.

My own Light Language work is deeply connected to Sirius. I experience this connection as a frequency of remembrance — a space that opens something ancient, familiar and deeply known within us.

This transmission came through as a journey for moments of transition, inner change and becoming.

A space to release what no longer belongs with you.

To surrender into the unknown.

To remember that you do not need to have all the answers before taking the next step.

What to expect

The journey begins with a short spoken channelling before moving naturally between English guidance and Light Language.

You will be invited to breathe, receive and simply notice what arises.

There is nothing you need to understand or achieve.

Listen somewhere you can be undisturbed, close your eyes if that feels good, and allow the sounds and words to meet you wherever you are.
