A Safe, God‑Honoring Place to Release What You’ve Been Carrying
When you are physically or emotionally separated from your husband, the pain can feel overwhelming. In those moments, it’s easy to want to vent anywhere just to get relief. But deep down, you know that exposing your husband’s struggles publicly is not God‑honoring. Our pain is never a license to shame our husbands or uncover the challenges they are facing.
Our husbands are still God’s sons, and love calls us to cover, not expose.
“Love covers a multitude of sins.”
As wives standing for our marriages, we are called to protect, not broadcast. To honor God, your husband, your marriage, and your own spiritual walk, you need a safe place to release the weight without turning to gossip, oversharing, or public venting that makes reconciliation harder.

Hi, my name is Shirley Albers
Hi there! My name is Shirley, and I am a faith‑based creator, marriage‑restoration advocate, and teacher of biblical helpmeet identity.
Looking back, I can see how childhood emotional neglect shaped my life and led me to search for love in all the wrong places. That search took me through many relationships, including three marriages.
I have been on both sides of adultery and know firsthand the devastation it brings. All of these relationships took place before I surrendered my life to Christ. Today, I stand for my fourth marriage; the covenant I entered after coming to Christ, which God has revealed to be my first biblical marriage.
For years, I carried the crushing weight of shame, guilt, and deep regret. But Jesus met me there and began a journey of healing, restoration, and discovering my identity in Him. After more than five years of standing in faith for the restoration of my marriage, God placed a clear calling on my life: to minister to women who are standing for their marriages and to help them walk confidently in their helpmeet identity so they can grow in Christ and be prepared for the promise of a restored, godly marriage.
My journey is not perfect, but it is redeemed. I often joke that I relate to Paul, who, as Saul, once harmed the very people God later entrusted him to teach and strengthen. Before Christ transformed my life, my choices contributed to the breaking of marriages. But now, by His grace, I stand on the opposite side of that story. God has entrusted me with equipping godly women and defending godly marriages, calling me to build up what I once helped tear down.
I share my story openly, so no woman feels isolated or ashamed of her journey. After all, we don’t want to give the devil a seat at our table.
My mission is to equip helpmeets to walk boldly in their role, to heal, to find identity, and to rise with courage under the umbrella of love.
Let’s create a marriage aligned with God’s plan by first embracing who He has created us to be.
