Extreme Perversion

I never knew that Pete was gay. In fact, I never met a gay person before and I never imagined what it was like to be gay until Pete came to live in our neighborhood.  The first time I saw Pete, I just said "Hi" in response to his greeting. Then I turned and moved quickly into the woods. Frank and Matt, my only friends, followed. They were twin brothers, and were about a year younger than me. They lived about 2 miles away from our house. I ran sort of quickly because Pete's appearance and greeting had stirred a strange tingling feeling within me, one that I never experienced before.

I neither understood the feeling nor knew how to react-so I ran. Thereafter, whenever I saw Pete, I felt really shy and had the same tingling feeling, starting in my stomach and spreading throughout my body. But every time he saw me, he would wave and say "Hi." Gradually, my shyness began to fade. The tingly feeling persisted though, and grew stronger within me. Pete was so friendly, so tall, so strong!
