You may not distribute or share the body base with others, whether for free or for a fee.
You may not modify or alter the body base and distribute or share the modified version with others, whether for free or for a fee.
You may not use the body base for any commercial purposes without obtaining a commercial license.
You are not allowed to use the body base or edited versions of it for commercial purposes.
You must give proper credit to Nyakoh in any use of the body base or edited versions of it, including but not limited to videos or livestreams.
・Nyakoh reserves the right to revoke personal license at any time if terms of service are violated.
This model allowed to be used on video, image or other media purposes. the model is not allowed to be made public in any form, and therefore cannot be uploaded to online gaming platforms for public use. However, the model can be used for personal use, including as an avatar in VRChat, but it must not be made publicly available or distributed in any form.
Can be used for non-commercial personal broadcasting
the model can be used for video, image, or other media purposes, but it cannot be uploaded to platforms where others can use it, except for the purchaser. i am allowing for personal use of the model but im also placing limitations on how it can be used and distributed.

The commercial license allows you to sell or distribute products created using the body base.
To use the body base for any commercial purposes, you must purchase a commercial license.
The commercial license grants you the right to use the body base to create custom avatars for commercial use in VRChat.
You may not modify or alter the body base and distribute or share the modified version with others, whether for free or for a fee
You must give proper attribution to Nyakoh's Chibi Base in any promotional materials, social media posts, or other media related to the avatars you create using the body base. (this only matters if your selling an avatar using my base)
Nyakoh's Chibi Base may NOT be resold, sublicensed, or transferred to any third party without prior written permission from the original creator. which is nyakoh.
Any unauthorized use or distribution of the body base may result in legal action.
By purchasing the body base or obtaining a commercial license, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. The creator reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
Nyakoh reserves the right to revoke commercial license at any time if terms of service are violated.
This asset cannot be sold for less than the price set by Nyakoh, which is $25 USD. Reason why i wont make it lower anymore is because i want my work valued appropriately and not undersold or devalued by third-party sellers.
Public - Allowed
the model can be made public, meaning it can be used by others. However, if someone wants to make public models using the base asset, they need to purchase a commercial license. the base asset is intended for non-commercial use only, and the author is allowing for commercial use with the purchase of a license.
You are allowed to use my assets for streaming and video creation (including monetized)
( you don't have to like shove it in everyones face but if your gonna use my base for an oc for your channel, just either making like a little place for credit for where you got the base or in the description, it doesnt have to be big but it has to be there somewhere)
You MUST list each and every asset you have used by me, you must use my full discord tag (Nyakoh#6666) aswell as MUST link it to my shop or if it is from nitro section you MUST link my
it's important when you use my base for commercial that you have it linked back to the original source, and that users are not using my assets without permission or proper attribution.
Special note for costume sellers.
i assume that you are modeling a fitted outfit, such as a top or something. You are allowed to cut out a copy of "Chibi base" mesh to create a top and sell it as a top that is compatible with Nyakoh's Chibi Base,However i ask that you delete the mesh of the unaltered portions and sell only the top itself. For example if you create a top, example you may not sell the top with the arms or any other parts of the original mesh included, only the top itself.
if the seller is copying a larger portion of the mesh to create the fitted outfit, they must make changes to the topology (the way the vertices, edges, and faces are arranged in the mesh) to differentiate it from the original mesh.
