Due to the personalized nature of our coaching sessions and the time commitment involved, we do not offer refunds for cancellations. However, we understand that emergencies happen and are happy to reschedule your session if you provide at least 24 hours' notice.

If you miss your scheduled session without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show and no refund or rescheduling will be provided. Please ensure you communicate any changes to your schedule as soon as possible.

What happens if I’m late to my session?
If you are late to your session, we will still proceed with the remaining time allotted. Please be punctual to make the most of your scheduled hour.
What if the coach needs to cancel or reschedule?

What if I’m not satisfied with the session?

How does appointment scheduling work?
When you've completed purchasing you'll be able to login to your coaching account and can find out the next steps required to book a time for your appointment from there.
Is it possible to buy coaching more than once?
For sure! You simply need to purchase coaching again and will be able to get access to another set of coaching sessions.
