Captain Puddleboots and the Bathtub Sea | Fun African American Children’s Adventure Story | Imagination, Friendship & Kindness Book

Turn bath time into an unforgettable ocean adventure with Captain Puddleboots and the Bathtub Sea by Nechelle King!

Jordan loves bath time—not because of the soap or shampoo, but because his bathtub is secretly an ocean. With his trusty rubber duck, First Mate Quackers, by his side, Jordan becomes the fearless Captain Puddleboots and sets sail on an adventure filled with giant waves, magical bubbles, a mysterious message in a bottle, and the incredible Bubble Kingdom.

But when Jordan discovers that the fearsome Soap Kraken is causing trouble because he feels left out of the Bubble Festival, this brave young captain learns that not every problem needs to be solved with a battle. Sometimes a little kindness, understanding, and friendship can save the entire kingdom.

Filled with colorful imagination, humor, heart, and exciting pirate fun, this charming children’s story encourages young readers to use their imagination, show compassion, include others, and discover adventure in everyday moments.

Perfect for bedtime, story time, early readers, classroom reading, and families looking for children’s books featuring a fun African American main character.
