Ensemble 74
Ensemble 74 (VST3, CLAP, AUv2)
Ensemble 74 is a polyphonic software string ensemble built around a 1974-style divider-keyboard signal path.
Six register tabs combine Contrabass, Cello, Viola, Violin, Trumpet, and Horn voices through register-specific formant filtering. A 16-voice engine provides 16-foot, 8-foot, and 4-foot saw registers plus an 8-foot pulse source behind shared Crescendo and Sustain controls.
The ensemble section uses three modulated delay phases to spread the sound in stereo. A four-stage phaser, independent vibrato, and Bass and Treble controls extend the core register blend without changing its direct performance layout.
The interactive panel provides 20 host-automatable parameters, a 49-key keyboard, output meter, three phase lamps, randomization, and a scrollable browser containing 64 factory presets for strings, brass, mixed sections, dry voices, and modulated textures.
