Luciana sprained her ankle a few days ago, but instead of staying indoors, she decides to enjoy a peaceful walk through the woods on a warm, sunny day. Although she's taking it easy, every step reminds her that her injured ankle still needs time to heal.
Her ankle is supported by an ACE bandage and an Aircast brace, and she carefully makes her way along the forest paths with the help of a pair of crutches.
