This posting is to give information on the commissions i offer for VRChat avatars!

Pricing

Base Price: $30

• This is the base price for my time working on the model.
• Any other pricing details or custom requests will be discussed via my Discord: kr33p3r.
• Prices vary based on complexity and additional requests.

What I Offer

• Custom Texture Work
• Custom Facial Expressions
• Some Shader Work
• Advanced Toggles/Blend shapes
• Advanced Asset Setups
• I also offer avatar uploading and editing (proof of purchase required before any edits).

Commission Process

Initial Consultation:

• Contact me via Discord at _kr33p3r_. Please send as much detail as you like about what you need—style, colors, outfits, and any references you have.

Payment:

• After we discuss your needs, I’ll provide a custom quote. A 50% deposit is required to begin; the balance is due upon completion. Payments are accepted via [PayPal or Venmo].
• Progress Updates:
• I’ll share regular updates so you can see the avatar as it develops.
• Final Revisions: If you feel the avatar is near perfectly done, let me know and we can move to the final steps of the process! I have a full commitment to ensuring that your avatar is to your liking, but im not perfect myself! mistakes may be made, things may be missed, but tell me before the full payment so i can adjust as needed! I offer FREE adjustments to the avatar after completion as long as it is simple tweaks or fixes that may have been missed previously on my end, any additional add-ons that you may want after the official completion of the avatar (adding more outfits, changing textures, asset add-ons) will be billed for appropriately.
• Delivery:
• Once you approve and the full payment is made, I’ll send the final avatar files, ready for VRChat!

Terms & Conditions

Refund Policy:

• Due to the custom nature of commissions, no refunds are available once work has started. I’ll do everything I can to ensure you’re happy with the final result.
• Revisions:
• I offer FREE adjustments to the avatar after completion as long as it is simple tweaks or fixes that may have been missed previously on my end, any additional add-ons that you may want after the official completion of the avatar (adding more outfits, changing textures, asset add-ons) will be billed for appropriately

Usage Rights:

• You can use your avatar for personal, streaming, and VRChat purposes, but please don’t distribute or resell it without my permission.
• Credit:
• I only ask that you credit me appropriately when needed, especially if you share pictures of it online or use it commercially.
• There is NO sharing of the avatar package once sent UNLESS it is a gift (please let me know if it is!)
