HEAVY DUTY WORKOUT ROUTINE
'HEAVY DUTY' is a custom UPPER/LOWER WORKOUT ROUTINE designed to build an aesthetically strong physique.
The purpose of this workout routine is not only to build the aesthetic muscles needed to look attractive but to strengthen the body, using a minimalistic approach to training with intensity.
The workout routine is a common UPPER/LOWER split, but does not follow a traditional layout. My workout routine differs from a typical UPPER/LOWER system, where instead of focusing solely on hypertrophy, I use a minimalistic approach towards strength training to make sure strength is NOT neglected entirely.
The perfect balance between looking good and feeling strong...
I believe this to be the most optimal method of training, for natural lifters looking to put on as much size as they can, in the shortest time possible.
