FSR's are sound files that, when played on your body, influence the vibration of your body. The result of this is that your system can have a positive change in response to the sound.

For the best result you need to play the biofilm FSR and take a biofilm dissolving supplement.

You should not rely on this alone to eradicate parasites. Adding a tablespoon of coconut oil daily, eating raw pumpkin seeds (1-2 Table spoons a day) and adding some version of a parasite cleanse with woodworm can also be useful. Using the FSR shortens the normal time (6months - 2 years) needed to eradicate invaders using non-pharm methods.
