This is a 5 day training split that is perfect if you have limited equipment!
If you do not have dumbbells you can use anything around your home.
Cans of beans, water bottles, your 15 lb puppy , whatever you feel comfortable doing!
If you ever have questions or need help with form I am happy to watch and critic your form.
This training program is not a weight loss program. This is to be used as a way to add more movement into your daily schedule.
Weight loss is primarly influenced by caloric intake.
