Zoe SLWC (Chapter 2)

Summary:

Vor ihrer Verletzung hatte Zoe sich eine klassische French-Maniküre machen lassen, in Vorbereitung auf eine Schuhveranstaltung, die sie wenige Tage später besuchen sollte. Doch nach dem Unfall musste sie ihre Model-Tätigkeit pausieren und sich an ihren neuen SLWC gewöhnen.

Zum ersten Mal versucht sie, mit dem Gummiabsatz zu laufen. Anfangs wirkt sie dabei noch etwas unbeholfen. Doch schon bald hat sie den Dreh raus und läuft richtig, indem sie den Fuß leicht nach außen dreht.

Anschließend erledigt sie einige Arbeiten im Garten und wickelt den Gips danach in einen Plastikbeutel, um zu duschen. Zurück im Schlafzimmer entfernt sie den Plastikbeutel, überprüft, ob der Gips trocken geblieben ist, kämmt sich die Haare und trägt Feuchtigkeitscreme auf. Zum Schluss geht sie ins Wohnzimmer, steigt die Treppe hinauf und wieder hinunter, um Decken und ein Kissen zu holen, und legt sich auf das Sofa, um fernzusehen.

Before her injury, Zoe had gotten a classic French manicure in preparation for a footwear event she was scheduled to attend a few days later. However, after her accident, she had to put her modeling activities on hold and adapt to her new SLWC.

She tries walking for the first time using the rubber walking heel. At first, she seems a little awkward, but she quickly gets the hang of it and begins walking properly by rotating her foot slightly outward.

She then does a few activities in the backyard before wrapping the cast in a plastic bag to take a shower. Back in her bedroom, she removes the plastic bag, checks that the cast is still dry, combs her hair, and applies moisturizing lotion. Finally, she walks to the living room, goes up and down the stairs to get blankets and a pillow, and lies down on the couch to watch TV.
