Adjective Worksheets

Let’s SEEK that adjective!

The first part of the adjective SEEKING includes a fun adjective worksheet activity which focuses on having kids identify adjectives in sentences. They will be required to read the sentences, comprehend the meaning and then they are ready to SEEK the adjective in the sentences. After correctly underlining the adjective, we engage them further by using fun word searches to help them with spelling familiarity of the located common adjectives.

The second part of the adjectives SEEKING activity includes a worksheet that will help kids advance their vocabularies by introducing them to some of the advanced synonyms of common adjectives from the first part through the use of matching methods. Kids will be required to SEEK out the correct adjective vocabulary that describes the provided picture. Kids can cut and paste the correct adjective under the picture or simply write them!

The pictures are in black and white so the kids can color and complete them freely! Let their imagination fly!
