Expansion for Pandas

This private expansion of 200 new functions for Pandas creates a comprehensive extension toolkit for working with structured and time-series data across data science, analytics, machine learning, automation, and data engineering workflows. 

There is approximately 300 functions/methods total across the current Pandas lib.
