Collecting Glimmers: Live is a small, intimate four-week experience built around one thing: helping you actually feel like yourself again. Not to cope or manage, but actually recover through live nervous system support, real community, and practices that fit your real life.

What's Included

  • A private, intimate group of others exactly where you are
  • 4 weekly live calls every Monday at 12pm EST starting July 20th (60 minutes, recorded)
  • Private Telegram community for the 4 weeks plus 2 weeks after we finish
  • Weekly journal prompts in Telegram to build real connection between calls
