Woodworking Design Reference - 200 Labels / 199 Geometries - HOLD Review Edition

HOLD - DO NOT BUILD. These are untested design-review drafts, not construction-ready plans. They are not load rated. Qualified review, necessary corrections and documented validation are required before construction or use.

This digital reference collection is for study, inspection and qualified design review. It contains draft plans, measurements, cut lists, assembly descriptions and joint diagrams under 200 project labels representing 199 distinct geometries. Projects 04-12 and 09-09 share the same geometry.

KNOWN UNRESOLVED ITEMS

- 659 glue-only contact records across 126 projects require qualified structural review. This is a review-flag count, not 659 proven failures.

- Four zero-clearance removable-component cases remain on HOLD: 04-18, 05-11, 06-20 and 07-11. Included worksheets describe a proposed total gap g and equal-side offsets g/2 symbolically. No suitable physical gap or approved recut has been selected.

- All projects remain untested and not load rated. A project without a listed issue is not thereby safe or complete.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

- Five CURRENT_REFERENCE ZIP parts containing 400 annotated project PDFs: two source-paper variants for each of 200 labels, originating from A4 and US Letter source files. The added warning band increases page height; these are not print-scale construction templates.

- A six-page read-first guide, case-specific clearance worksheets, and a project HOLD register with exact affected contact IDs.

- Source visual guides and 200 digital rendering sheets, clearly identified as historical renderings, not photographs of built projects.

- Historical source-data copies, including the previously restored nominal sheet-cutting coordinate CSV. These are not revised or approved fabrication schedules.

- One separate HISTORICAL_UNREVIEWED_DO_NOT_BUILD ZIP preserving the recovered original archives and creator source for provenance. Historical originals are not approved alternatives.

WHAT THIS EDITION CHANGES - AND DOES NOT

This edition corrects collection counting and status presentation, adds project-specific HOLD notices and every-page warnings, and separates current reference copies from historical sources. The previously restored cutting-index file is retained unchanged. Six earlier placement changes were already present in the recovered source edition.

No new structural construction repair, selected physical tolerance, load rating, engineering approval or verified build is supplied. A disclaimer, warning label or parameter worksheet does not repair unresolved construction issues. Do not build from these files pending qualified project-specific review and validation.
