Through a blend of coaching, spiritual practice, transformative healing, and reflective practices you will be guided to shed the layers that veil your light, so that you can become who you were born to be, and live your callings more fully.
This is a contemplative coaching journey - you can avail of one coaching session, or regular sessions, according to your preference.
About Your Coach
I’m Lynda Morrissey, a contemplative life coach, holistic wellness practitioner, and retreat facilitator.
My work weaves together meditation, mindful awareness, spiritual practice, transformative healing, empowerment, dreamwork, and social action.
Over the last 12 years I've been the grateful beneficiary of mentoring from some of the worlds well known mind-body-soul health experts which continues to inform my work.
My role is to guide, support, gently challenge, and celebrate you as you walk your path toward your unique path.
