Learn Silent Meditation in 7 Days For Beginners
Know why and how to meditate.
Know why and how to meditate.
“I’m bad at meditating”
Have you heard of meditation…
but it felt overwhelming to even start?
Have you tried it before…
but couldn’t stick to it for more than a few days?
Or are you simply curious —
and looking for a simple, practical way to begin, without chanting, apps yelling at you, or feeling like you’re doing it wrong?
If any of that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.
Psychologist and your meditation guide for this course.
Meditation didn’t click for me immediately either.
Before it became a daily practice, I went through years of on-and-off meditating, mostly with apps. Sometimes it helped, sometimes it didn’t, and often I wondered whether I was “cut out” for it at all.
For the last 7 years, meditation has been a daily part of my life.
Not perfectly. Not spiritually flashy. Just consistently.
Along the way, I learned and practiced different meditation techniques with monks in Nepal, India, and Thailand, living in monasteries and meditating up to 14 hours a day at times.
And here’s the honest truth:
You don’t need any of that to benefit from meditation.
This course is my attempt to strip meditation down to its essence.
Not the mystical version.
Not the “clear your mind forever” version.
But the version that actually fits into a real human life.
I’ve been teaching meditation for the last 4 years, and I noticed something important:
Most people don’t fail at meditation because they lack discipline.
They fail because they were taught it in a way that didn’t make sense for them.
This course is designed to make meditation feel as natural as brushing your teeth.
You know that feeling when you leave the house in a rush and forget to brush your teeth?
Nothing catastrophic happens —
but something feels off. You carry that discomfort with you all day.
That’s what meditation feels like for me now.
On days, I don’t meditate in the morning, I notice it.
Not dramatically. Just subtly.
And I usually end up doing a quick 5-minute meditation somewhere — because it brings me back to myself.
My hope is that, by the end of these 7 days, meditation starts to feel a little bit like that for you too.
This isn’t about mastering one “perfect” technique.
You’ll learn 3 different meditation techniques:
Why?
Because people are different.
Instead of forcing yourself into one method, you get to choose what works for you — which makes sticking to meditation far more realistic.
Over the 7 days, you will:
This is one of the biggest fears beginners have.
This course is especially designed for:
It might feel uncomfortable or strange at first.
That’s not a sign you’re bad at meditation — it’s part of the process.
If you stay with the course for the full 7 days, most people notice that something has shifted, even if they can’t fully explain what it is yet.
And that’s enough.
Meditation is not a magic fix.
It can be used for:
For some, it even becomes a path toward deeper insight or enlightenment.
For me, it’s a foundational tool — one I teach all my coaching clients because it helps them come back to their center again and again.
Go into this course open-minded and curious.
Not trying to achieve something.
Not trying to calm your mind perfectly.
Not trying to become someone else.
Just curious.
You’ll likely find exactly what you need.
If part of you wants:
I’d love to welcome you into Day 1 of the course.
No pressure.
Just a beginning.
Julian taught me with his course to cut the bullshit and simply do it. After many frustrating attempts, I finally found my way to a meditation practice.
Recently I noticed anxiety kicking in, and my amygdala blocked every ability to think. Because I listened to Julian’s meditation course, I remembered to meditate. I set a timer for 15 minutes, sat down, closed my eyes, and let everything else happen. I watched my mind go wild without intervening. Afterwards, I felt relaxed and clearer; my anxiety and pressure disappeared.
For a long time, and still from time to time, I tell myself, “I have to meditate." And when I did, I wanted the meditation to be perfect, or at least to find the perfect meditation to help me meditate. This course helped me to finally understand there is no “perfect” matching with meditation. Be kind and gentle in my thoughts and do not force myself to meditate. It is okay if I don’t have time. This is another takeaway from Julian’s course. If meditation is still somehow a mystery to you but you are interested in another approach, try this course.
