Fueling the Foodie- Official Cookbook
Hello everyone!! I finally decided to follow through with the idea of creating my own cookbook, so here it is! I have been working super hard on this cookbook for the past few weeks and I think it turned out great. The past year I have really learned how important it is to fuel correctly as an athlete and to listen to your body. Now that I have been listening to my body and fueling it with the correct foods, I feel so much stronger and alive. This cookbook includes 29 pages of gluten free and vegan pantry staples, breakfast, dinner, and drink ideas. A portion of the proceeds made from this e-book will be donated to the Women's Sports Foundation.
