Bounty Board System

Want players to be able to place bounties on each other and earn money? Can't decide if bounties be saved across sessions but want easy option to turn on or off in a settings? Can't decide to use minutes, hours, days? All easy to change including the gui.

When search for player, don't have to type full name out either.
