Mini Star Sampler

The blocks in this little sampler are all 6 inches square. It first appeared in my book The Little Book of Stars, but no pattern was published. After several requests, here it is. Templates, rotary cutting instructions and foundation-piecing are given for all nine blocks as appropriate. Full instructions are also given for making the ordered 'piano key' border. Several different colourways are shown in the blog post dated 15th July for this quilt at www.meadowsidedesign.wordpress.com. Whether you enjoy machine piecing or hand piecing this is a little quilt you will want to make again and again - as a wall hanging or a table topper - for different occasions. The finished quilt measures 26 inches square.
