How does appointment scheduling work?

Once you've completed your purchase you'll be able to login to your coaching account and can find out the next steps required to book a time for your appointment from there. Sessions are held on Zoom or Google Meet.

What happens after I complete my purchase?

This is where the magic begins! You will receive instructions on next steps at checkout on how to schedule your welcome call! We will discuss your goals and how the program works.

Is it possible to buy coaching more than once?

For sure! Once your 12-week program has ended, you may re-purchase another 12-weeks of coaching at a discounted rate. If you're interested in purchasing more coaching sessions, just email shop@bchicu.org to learn about the options.

If I'm not happy with my purchase can I get a refund?

We offer a 100% refund within 14-days of purchase, but we hope that you find the value in our program and will not have to request a refund. Please email shop@bchicu.org if you would like to request a refund.
