Julia steht vor einem weiteren Hindernis: Sie muss die Treppe zum oberen Stockwerk hinaufsteigen, ohne den Boden zu berühren. Sie setzt sich also auf jede Stufe, bis sie oben ankommt. In ihrem Zimmer angekommen, bereitet Julia sich auf eine Dusche vor. Sie zieht sich aus (ohne nackt zu sein) und umwickelt ihr Bein mit Plastikfolie und Klebeband, wie von ihrem Arzt angewiesen. Nach dem Duschen trocknet sie die Plastiktüte und entfernt sie von ihrem Bein. Dann trägt Julia Feuchtigkeitsöl auf ihre Beine und Zehen auf. Schließlich zieht sie bequeme Kleidung an und legt sich ins Bett, um zu versuchen zu schlafen.

Julia faces another obstacle: climbing the stairs to the upper floor without putting her foot on the ground. So, she sits on each step until she reaches the top. Upon reaching her room, Julia prepares to take a shower. She undresses (without nudity) and wraps her leg with plastic wrap and duct tape, as instructed by her doctor. After showering, she dries the plastic bag and removes it from her leg. Then, Julia applies moisturizing oil to her legs and toes. Finally, she puts on comfortable clothes and lies down on her bed to try to sleep.
