-This listing is for a COMMERCIAL LICENSE ONLY!

-This license allows the purchaser to produce 50-199 finished products for their small shop. This license is only valid for ONE SINGLE PBD design. Each digital design will need a COMMERCIAL LICENSE if 50-199 final products are produced.

-You will receive a graphic which is proof of purchasing a Commercial License that you can use ONE single PBD design to produce 50-199 finished products.

-Please purchase the ONE SINGLE digital design you’d like at the same time as this Commercial License.

-By purchasing this product you are agreeing to my terms of service listed below:

1) You may only use PBD digital designs for personal or small business use, as a final product.

2) Digital designs purchased CANNOT be dumped, shared, gifted, sold, copied, redistributed, altered, traced, modified in any way, or claimed as anything other than a PBD design.

3) Digital designs purchased CANNOT be uploaded to any print on demand/print fulfillment platforms such as but not limited to: Redbubble, Zazzle, Teepublic, Spoonflower, Printful, Printify, Merch by Amazon, etc.

4) If final product count is 50 or more finished products a commercial license will need to be purchased for EACH SINGLE PBD digital design. Please purchase the appropriate license at the same time as the digital design.

5) If final product count is 200 or more finished products an EXTENDED commercial license will need to be purchased for EACH SINGLE PBD digital design. Please purchase the appropriate license at the same time as the digital design.

6) Fabric shops MUST purchase an EXTENDED commercial license due to the nature of fabric shops. Please purchase the appropriate license at the same time as the digital design.

7) Returns and/or refunds are not accepted due to the nature of digital designs. Please keep this in mind when choosing between listings that have multiple variations such as different color ways or designs only shown in the Facebook VIP Group.

-PBD does NOT claim any form of ownership of characters portrayed, they belong to their respective copyright holders.

-Please keep in mind actual colors may vary from those viewed here, as display colors/saturations can vary from monitor to monitor and printer to printer.
