By the evening, the banquet tables were piled high with eyeball soup, Mudfluff, and Candied Gnats Cake. Hedge had already eaten half the wedding cake before anyone noticed, Tideon wept dramatically through the vows, and Lumen floated by sprinkling sparkles in her wake. As the teacup-raft carried the gang silently past the royal mudbank, Oggy proudly announced, “The cake is a worthy sacrifice!”—and with that, the friends drifted off, ready for their next ridiculous adventure."
