Killing The Giant Of Ministry Debt

I asked the Lord why I should write about killing the giant of ministry debt. From January, 1986, through March, 1989, Victory Christian Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, bought 31 acres of land and built debt free 125,000 square feet of building with cash—over $11 million. By late 1994, another 39 acres and 210,000 square feet of buildings were added debt free on a cash basis, bringing the total near $16 million. The church borrowed no money at any time for the land or buildings. I I realized there are other churches that have done similar things, but God made me to know there are many leaders who need to know what we experienced and learned in the process of killing the giant of church debt.
