• The Barclays Mindset Assessment (SHL) The Barclays mindset assessment consists of a series of questions testing your thinking and behavioural qualities at Barclays. It is an evaluation of yourself and it compares to the values of Barclays.
• There are more than 80 questions, the test is untimed and the responses can be changed.
• In each question, there is 3 multiple choice options
• The response fits the core values of integrity and commitment to transparency at Barclays, as well as making decisive well-informed decisions based on data.
