This lesson helps students explore a method for dealing with difficult feedback in one-to-one meetings.
The lesson begins with a discussion about the importance of feedback and then looks at a process called COIN which can help managers to deliver difficult feedback in a constructive way.
The lesson also includes a listening activity and a role play activity which gives students the opportunity to try the process.Aims:
