Tea, a journal, and quiet time… that’s the holy trinity where Steep Thoughts comes to play.

Here at Steep Society, we didn’t plan to create a tea tracker. We needed one. Badly. Because after a few cups, “Did I drink two today or did I just think I did?” becomes a very real question. And yes—this tracker was literally born after my third cup of tea today. That’s when the idea hit: Why am I not tracking this AND the little moments that make my day better?

So, I made a page where you can log the tea you’re drinking, shade in your cups like a tiny victory chart, and jot down something that made you smile—because everybody has to smile at least once a day… come on.
