Force abilities in Star Wars are supernatural powers accessed by "Force-sensitive" individuals, allowing them to manipulate an energy field connecting all life, enabling feats like telekinesis (moving objects), mind tricks, enhanced speed/jumps, precognition (seeing the future), and communication, with Jedi using it for selflessness and Sith bending it for power, using distinct techniques like Force Lightning or Force Choke.
