13 years ago, I hosted a 9 month Program called Class of Yin with the intention to unpack all the unhealthy energy within the relationship with our mothers. It wasn’t to forgive or forget those experiences but for us to learn the patterns coded into the DNA surrounding the divine femiNine.

Why is this important? Because if you continue to carry the hurt without knowing why it happened and where it stemmed from, your probability of repeating these cycle with your children or with your inner child is 99,9%. This is because the programs don’t just magically change or transform, they must be acknowledged, dissected and then reprogrammed in order for your spiritual seeds to not be affected.
