Transitioning from digital to analog is a huge difference in resources and materials. Time, energy, printing, paper, postage etc. There are reasons that people take short cuts- and not all of those short cuts are bad (some people love making digital art) but pen and paper has always been my home base. Bigger picture, this direction is more sustainable for me than creating for meta or tiktok. I never wanted to be internet famous- the longstanding dream is that I’m known to exactly the right 1000 people and I share work directly with them.
