This collection gives you a story theme to composite around: MAIL  

With this collection you will receive two mail composite collections.

The yellow mailbox background is sized for a landscape and a portrait. The deep plum bush was designed to go with a highlands background. The bush overlay allows you to blend your subject in better. In my photograph, I applied the bush overlay to my photograph, and then I duplicated it, and blurred it, and applied it as another layer over top. It gave me that foreground blur that is always so pretty to see in photographs.  

The red mail box background is a composite based around stones. You can use the background zoomed out, or zoomed in. You can also flip the background or the stone overlay. The overlay is also meant to create some foreground interest in your frame.  

This collection gives you a story of "mail" to work with for your next photography composite.

A few tricks in photoshop:

Use your "color balance " adjustment (photoshop) and clip it to your subject. This will give you close to the same color tones as the photograph.

Use your "levels" adjustment (photoshop) to get the same brightness or darkness levels. This is my favorite adjustment, and usually does the trick for blending

Use the "solid color" adjustment layer, (photoshop) click on the mask, invert it (command I) and paint a color on your subjects clothing. Lets call this the fashion adjustment layer. I do this with all my composites to get their clothing to match better with the photograph.
