Purchasing the wrong product is not, by itself, grounds for a merchant-initiated refund when the product, price, included materials, purpose, requirements, and limitations were clearly presented before purchase. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Files already copied into a customer’s Google Drive cannot be remotely retrieved or erased by WorkDayDone.
