I love California Christmas. The fake snow, the eggnog, the music, but most of all, I love the lights. More is better is my motto when it comes to decorating. This year, I might have gone a tiny bit overboard. I'm pretty sure it was the life-sized reindeer that pushed things over the edge.
Lucian Davis is definitely not happy with my design choices, but then again, he's never happy. No, he's grumpy with a capital G. Thankfully, he's also gorgeous with a capital G. But when he comes to help with my reindeer situation, he's way past grumpy - he's downright furious.

I don't get the appeal. Christmas is just another day where I get more emergency calls than usual. What is it with people overloading their circuits this time of year? One house last year had so many lights it would have been visible from space if all the fuses hadn't blown.
When I spot Natasha Frank dancing around on the Coogan's Break Visitor Center roof, I'm about to blow a fuse myself. It's that elf costume highlighting all her assets - and trust me, I've noticed - plus the fact she's about to hurt herself if I don't intervene.
