Ulysses – Writing Journal for Self-Explorers and Therapists

A guided writing journal built around six letters: to Circe, Calypso, the mother, the one who has been waiting, the child, and Athena. Some letters are written by you, others are “received” from these figures. The journal can be used alone or as between-session work in therapy, with clear safety notes and references.
