"History that ignores one-half of the population is bad history."

We all know that the invisibility of women in the history books is a major problem. If we're going to tackling this head-on, we need a new way of doing history; a way that centres women and their perspectives in an authentic way.

In this beginner-friendly and on-demand audio course, let me show you exactly how to do that. We'll learn what women's history is and isn't, why we all need women's history, the origins of patriarchy and how to ensure balanced and authentic female perspectives.

No prior knowledge is required, nor is a background in history. Just bring your enthusiasm and let me teach you the rest.

The curriculum:

  • Introduction and overview of our objectives
  • Lesson 1: What Women’s History Is and Isn’t - covering the key concepts and definitions you need to know.
