To Inflate - Helium or Air

The latex balloons will arrive flat-packed

They will float with helium, but can also be filled with air 

Using "Hi-Float' with all helium balloons will extend the flight time for much longer

All our foil/Mylar balloons arrive flat packed and can also be inflated with air or helium
