How tricky would it be to tell your neighbors to stop be annoying? Well, it would be if they're impredient enough to do the exact oppisite, even if you ask "Pretty Please." This is the problem with Fluer and Basil, a wife and husband who are living next to the most ridiculous neighbors ever. One day, Fluer and Basil decided to write to these pesky neighbors to put an end to all the distrubances. However, they must create a clever plan to trick the neighbors into doing their bidding.
