SO what are you getting yourself into?? Well… if you’re looking at this program it’s likely you’re interested in some kind of strength training and there may be a couple of different factors in that. This program is meant to help guide you towards getting your feet wet with a resistance training program. Whatever your goals are, strength, physique, learning, etc. I promise you’ll get something out of this program if you choose to commit!
This is a beginner program so it’s geared towards beginner lifters inside of their at the start of their lifting career. This program will be great for you if you’ve never really done any kind of strength training.
In the first year or two of training is when we make the most improvements in our strength. Our numbers shoot up and we’re hitting PRs constantly and it’s a very exciting time if you choose to commit to the process. This is NOT meant to take over your life, at least not yet…
There are 3 days of training programmed and each session should take 45-60 minutes.
