As a former elite volleyball athlete and current Certified Athletic Therapist specializing in treating the active population and athletes, Raelene has combined her education and her experience working with many athletes suffering from a variety of Volleyball's common injuries to create a daily exercise program to help prevent injuries and stop pain.
The exercise program requires just ten to fifteen minutes a day to restore flexibility, help with any muscle imbalances and weaknesses to stop pain and prevent future injuries.
