Grab a couple of worsted-weight skeins and knit yourself some chunky cables. The bandana shape makes it so easy to style – just pull it over your head and go. I like to wear the point offset from the center (I think it looks jaunty) but you be you! Wear it how you want.
This cowl is a great project to practice your cables. There are only 3 cable rows in the whole piece . But they sure do make a statement. It’s knit from the top-down, flat at first, and then is joined in the round to finish.
I love how the I-cord bind off makes the finished edge look professional and prevents curling. It is so worth the extra time to complete.
